Another goal


I've been thinking about how to eat less.  Dumb I know.  Anyway my best idea is to serve up dinner then put away half in the freezer for another time.  Fresh stuff like salads I can eat all of it.  Good idea to add more salads in general, will start with bits from the garden.

The other thing is we've been eating lots of sweets.  That should be simple enough to cut back on.  We used to pretty much never have sweets.  Not sure why we've been having so much.  So desert once a week would be ideal, the trick is picking which day.  Planning it sucks because someone else might make a cake and we'll have planned another desert.    Best to plan a once a month treat and see what happens for the rest.

So desert once a week,  plan a desert for once a month.  half size main meals, walks 3 times a week.   More salads.
